The Designer Certificate PDF set is free. If you are requesting the free certificate PDF only, you will not have to fill out the Overall & Age Group Commemoratives Form.

Overall & Age Group Commemoratives Form This document enables you to send us the information about your age group selections, commemorative sizes, and optional framing/plaque selection. You can review this information when you make payment.

No Digital Images

In that case, please send a standard photo(s) or other hard copy (ie: logos, age group PDF form) to Your Running Memories, 5225 Banks Haven Ct., Raleigh, NC 27603-8957. We will return them with your order.

This upload box is for a ZIP file only. Include all pertinent files in the archive as directed in the Design Guidelines PDF file. I know most of you are thoroughly familiar with ZIP archives, but just in case you're not, here is a link to the Winzip site.

To upload your ZIP file, browse to your folder location and double click on the file. There is a 4MB size limitation, so check your file size before upload attempt. You can only upload one (1) file.

File recap. Make sure you name your file as specified - your first name_your last name.zip (Example: jason_savage.zip). Make sure all relevant files are included - age group awards document (.pdf file), photos (.jpg, .tif, .psd), other graphics.
